Happy Campers - What's The Deal?

Kevin and I are 2 weeks into this campground ownership thing, and I've noticed something.  People are happy.  I mean.... everyone.  Is this some kind of alternate universe?  Does Happy Acres have a force field around it keeping all the unhappy campers out?  Or is this just a campground thing? Please note, I type this while knocking on wood.

I always assumed that the term "happy campers" was just a metaphor for... I don't know, not actual campers. Whatever is going on, I like it.  It's hard not to also be happy when surrounded by happy campers. 

In our previous life of owning collision repair shops, people were unhappy.  I mean.... everyone!  I often heard, "I hope we never see you again," in the nicest way possible, of course.

So, with that in mind, I say thank you to all the happy campers! Thank you for the smiles, the casual conversations, the laughs, and all the food that you offer us every day.  We appreciate you!
