CAMPING PERMIT TERMS OF SERVICE
HAPPY ACRES CAMPGROUND DOES NOT HAVE AN AGE LIMIT ON RV'S OR CAMPERS; HOWEVER, THERE IS A CONDITION LIMIT. If your RV or camper is older and needs repairs or updates, is dirty or dingy, is unsafe in any way, or may be seen by others as an eyesore, please do not make a reservation. We do reserve the right to refuse entry. If you'd like prior confirmation, please email relax@camphappyacres.com with current photos of your RV.
Camping permit rates for a RV or tent are based on 2 adults and up to 3 children. An additional fee will be charged per day for each additional person over 2 years of age. Max 8 people per site.
Camping permit rates for cabins are based on 2 adults and 1 child. An additional fee will be charged per day for each additional person over 2 years of age. Max 4 people (2 for handicap accessible cabins).

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Campers agree to follow all campground rules and applicable pet & golf cart policies. Happy Acres LLC reserves the right to change the policies and rules at any time.
Campers give Happy Acres LLC permission to contact them via phone, text, and or email for reasons regarding a stay and or marketing.
Happy Acres LLC is a service-oriented business and therefore does not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any campers. All campers are guests of Happy Acres LLC
Campers and guests of campers agree to use the campground at their own risk. Happy Acrers LLC makes no warranty or representations as to conditions existing or that may hereafter exist upon the campground premises. Happy Acres LLC is not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets, or property for any reason.
WARNING - Under Indiana law, an agritourism provider is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in agritourism activities at this location if the death or injury results from the inherent risks of agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include risks of injury to land, equipment, and animals as well as potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death, or for other participants to act in a manner that may cause you injury or cause your death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

You will be charged for the entire reservation at booking. In the event a balance is due after booking, it will be charged to the credit card on file at checkin. If you add charges to your reservation during your stay and there is a balance due, it will be charged to the credit card on file on your departure date.
