Golf Cart Policies

We have some pretty fun golf cart paths through the woods so you wouldn't want to miss out. Your golf cart is welcome with a signed waiver of liability and adherence to these rules.

Golf carts must be in good condition, well-maintained, without damage, and safe to operate. Unsafe and or unsightly golf carts will not be allowed in the campground.
Proof of liability insurance is required. Please attach a copy of the policy with this agreement
A tag or sticker will be assigned and campers are required to display it at all times while the golf cart is on the property.
Only licensed drivers can operate the golf cart at any time.
Drivers must adhere to posted speed limits at all times.
Golf carts cannot be driven after dark without operable vehicle mounted headlights. Holding flashlights or the like is not acceptable.
Persons on a golf cart cannot exceed the number of legal seats.
Pedestrians have the right away.
Golf carts should only be charged during overnight hours. Daytime charging is prohibited.
Management reserves the right to revoke the golf cart privileges of any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules. In the event that privileges are revoked, camper agrees to remove the golf cart immediately or Happy Acres LLC will remove & store it at camper’s expense.
Campers and guests of campers agree to use the campground and golf cart at his/her own risk. Happy Acres LLC makes no warranty or representations as to conditions existing or that may hereafter exist upon the campground premises that may affect the use of golf carts.
Happy Acres LLC is not responsible for stolen or damaged golf carts or accidents, damages, injuries, and or deaths of any kind related to the use of a Golf Cart.
