Do You Have A Pool?
If you've been following our story, then you might know a little about our pool.... adventure.... learning experience.... kerfuffle.
The answer is Yes & No.
Yes, we have a pool.
No, it's not installed.
No, we don't have all the final approvals from the state.
We are planning to have it installed this spring (2023) but we can't give an exact date or promise it will be complete by a specific date. I can promise we are getting a pool. I can't promise when.
Without boring you will all the details (ugly as they are), basically we were caught in between Covid supply shortages, dishonest contractors, and the ignorance of people inexperienced in campground construction & permits (mainly me and Kevin). The City of Angola tried to expedite our permits but unfortunately their inexperience ended up causing more delays. If it could go wrong, it did.
As of the beginning of March 2023, we are waiting on one more approval from the state and then we'll be on our way (fingers crossed literally and figuratively). We'll keep updating the progress.
